What/How it runs
\\kronos7-4\e$\Kronos\IFC\ArchivedFileCleanUp.bat
You can use WIM to schedule it (see W_ArchivePurgeMonthly_10 for example)
Input parms are:
1) full path of folder to be purged \\server\TopFolder\Folder\PurgeFolder - no spaces and kronos user must have access to it
2) number of days you want kept, 30 will delete everything with a mod date of more than 30 days ago
3) name you want for the log files - no spaces
4) your valid email address so you can view and delete the log files on kronos server
ie, e:\Kronos\IFC\ArchivedFileCleanUp.bat \\fghuser\common\Common\HealthCareSource\Exports 100 HealthCareSource rpeterson@forrestgeneral.com
